| The
Winston-Salem Antiques Extravaganza is the "grand-daddy" of all the Antiques
Extravaganza Shows. It had its beginning in an old tobacco warehouse
in July, 1977. Due to its immediate success, the show moved to the
Winston-Salem Memorial Coliseum the following year, and has remained in the
Coliseum complex since that time. The
Winston-Salem Show is the sentimental favorite of many collectors and
dealers alike. Over the years, the "Thanksgiving Show" has become an
antiques tradition in Winston-Salem. |
